‘UREEQA,’ the leading digital validation company founded in Canada in 2020, has announced a new ‘Validation-as-a-Service’ (VaaS) solution for the NFT space. With its in-house VaaS, UREEQA is hoping to address issues of fraud, theft, and piracy throughout the NFT ecosystem while also providing a valuable tool to creators.
UREEQA’s VaaS generates a ‘Package-of-Proof’ and a ‘Responsibly Minted’ label for validated NFTs, which state that both the NFT itself and the identity of the creator are legitimate. The company has stated that its VaaS services can be integrated into any Ethereum-based platform or service, meaning it is applicable to a large quantity of NFT platforms and marketplaces.
In addition to reducing fraud and verifying creators, UREEQA’s VaaS will bring a wider mass-market appeal to NFTs while simultaneously clearing some of the poor reputation surrounding the NFT space, as its VaaS offers legitimacy to each token it processes.
